Hours spent wrapped in golden sunshine…
the beach with the waves crashing in the background…
a glowing, relaxed couple…
lots of love and fun in the air!
I think I’ll be making a beach setting mandatory for weddings from now on.
If only that were possible!
I’ll start with one of my favorites, but I must say, I liked many of them!

I loved the texture and shadows!

Mr. Groom himself

Esther was a truly beautiful bride!

adoration for her man

the setting sun was just gorgeous!

The next 2 were taken by Hans, who was my assistant at this wedding.

Good times with the bridal party

A photoshoot with 2 of the amazing ladies in my life…I can’t resist posting a few of my favorites even tho I didn’t take these pictures! (Thanks, Dave, for a super job with them- I know this was a stretch for you, a film photographer shooting digital, but you did just swell!
)

“Compared to friendship, gold is dirt.”

The most beautiful discovery true friends make is that they can grow seperately without growing apart.

We had good times in the wheat field! Most of those pictures will not be appearing on here tho!

Last but not least- my absolute favorite from the day!

I love the free spirit and good times we share together.
Good times don’t always mean you laugh and have a party (but we do alot of that too!).
Sometimes a good time means crying together or just being with each other and there for the other person, feeling with them the pain and struggles of life.
Shan and Miss, you ladies have been with me thru thick and thin the past few years and I treasure your friendship so much! You’re like the sisters that I don’t have and I can’t imagine my life without ya’ll!
Love you both so much and can’t wait to keep making memories with you!

The first shall be last! Ok, so not quite, but this is the first wedding I shot when I got back from Thailand- actually before I was really home- I flew to KS to help Heidi with this wedding before coming on home to PA.
We were a bit nervous about the weather that day, but thank God it only dripped a few drips and we were able to take all the pictures outside as planned.
Meet Wendell & Michelle!

A few of the glowing bride.

And the groom too.

I just loved this location!
